j. 6 hot dog sticks

practice:
1. Put the a~h materials into a mixer (or bread machine) and mix them into a dough without sticking to your hands, then put (i) and beat them until they are filmy
2. Take out the dough and shape it into a round shape for the first fermentation for one hour until the dough doubles in size
3. Remove the dough to the table and divide it into six small balls and roll them into rounds. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough relax for 15 minutes
