①Put the tea into the teapot, about 1/5 of the pot (about 10g)

②Pour boiling water until the pot is 9 minutes full (about 200c.c.), and pour out for drinking after the first soak for about 1 minute

③After each tea making time, it should be postponed for 20-30 seconds before being poured out for drinking

Remarks: This soaking method can make about five soaks.

It comes from the Lushan tea area surrounded by the mountains under Hehuan and Qilai Peak, with clouds and mist and fertile soil. Under the rich nourishment of the earth, the tea in this area has excellent flavor and sweetness;
The color is emerald green and fresh, and the aroma is strong. The honey green and yellow tea soup is very resistant to brewing, and it can be said to be the top-grade work in high mountain oolong tea. The soup is amber, rich and clear;
