Selected Oolong Tea

Planted in Puzhong tea area, Nantou, surrounded with foggy and rich red silver soil, which is suitable for the growth of tea trees. In this environment with less sunshine, it accumulated the fragrance and sweet substances, with unique "essence of mountain" taste which is light and delicate. 【Brewing method】

①Put the tea into the teapot, about 1/2~1/3 of the pot

②Pour boiling water and cover the pot, the first soak for about 60 seconds, you can pour out and drink

③After each brewing time, you should postpone it for 15-20 seconds before pouring out and drinking

【Cold Brew Tea】

①Pour 5g of tea leaves (1g tea leaves/100ml water) into the container

②Inject 500ml of normal temperature water

③ Put the container in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours and then take it out and enjoy.
