Clouds and fog all year round, like in Xianxiang.Dayuling’s excavation process is as difficult and dangerous as Dayu’s difficulty in controlling water. It is named after the average height of more than 2,000 meters above sea level.The temperature difference between day and night is great, and the soil organic content is high. People say that "there is no cold in the heights," but Dayuling tea is more mellow as it gets colder.The output is so scarce that it is worthwhile. The elegant tea rhyme nourished by rain, dew, ice and snow is the king of tea.
【Brewing method】
①Put the tea into the teapot, about 1/2~1/3 of the pot
②Pour boiling water and cover the pot, the first soak for about 60 seconds, you can pour out and drink
③After each brewing time, you should postpone it for 15-20 seconds before pouring out and drinking
①Pour 5g of tea leaves (1g tea leaves/100ml water) into the container
②Inject 500ml of normal temperature water
③ Put the container in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours and then take it out and enjoy.
